LOOP Laundry Terms of Service

LOOP Laundry Terms of Service
Effective October 6, 2026

LOOP Laundry ("LOOP," "we," "us") is a pickup and delivery laundry service operated by Dalper LLC, doing business as LOOP Laundry, in the Phoenix, Arizona area. By scheduling a pickup, starting a plan, or submitting an onboarding form, you agree to these terms.

1. Services
We offer wash & fold, dry cleaning, bulky item cleaning, and short-term rental (STR) linen service, with pickup and delivery. Dry cleaning is performed by a trusted local partner. Vera's Laundromat, also operated by Dalper LLC, is our separate self-service laundromat and is not covered by these terms.

2. Pricing and payment
Current prices are listed at looplaundryaz.com/pricing and may change with notice. Wash & fold is weighed at our facility, and that weight is what we bill. One-time orders have a $50 minimum, which can be combined across services. Residential orders are charged to the card on file after your order is processed.

3. Plans
Plans renew and are billed weekly until canceled. Usage over your plan's weekly weight allowance is billed at your plan's overage rate. Unused pounds do not roll over to the next week. You can cancel your plan at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing week.

4. Pickups, skips, and missed pickups
We'll text you a reminder about 24 hours before each scheduled pickup. To skip or reschedule, reply by 9:00 PM the night before your pickup. Please have your bags out and accessible during your pickup window. If we arrive and can't collect your order (no bags out, no access, or a skip requested after 9:00 PM the night before), a $25 trip fee applies.

5. Delivery
We deliver to the drop-off location you choose. Once your order is delivered there, you're responsible for it. If you choose a third-party courier, such as Uber or DoorDash, at checkout, that courier handles the delivery, subject to its own terms. If you've asked us to hand items to you and no one is available, we'll return them on your next scheduled delivery; extra trips may incur a $25 trip fee.

6. Items we don't accept
We don't accept:

  • Leather, suede, fur, and other specialty items, unless they're sent through dry cleaning.
  • Items soiled with hazardous materials, chemicals, or heavy biological waste.
  • Anything with signs of bed bugs or other pests.

We may return refused items uncleaned and charge a trip fee.

7. Check your pockets
We'll do our best to return anything we find, but we aren't responsible for items left in pockets or bags, or for damage they cause. This includes cash, jewelry, pens, lip balm, and electronics.

8. Care and results
We follow care labels and our standard processes. We don't guarantee stain removal. We aren't responsible for normal wear and tear, for shrinkage or color loss in items that aren't colorfast or have no care label, or for weaknesses that already existed in fabric, buttons, or trim.

9. Lost or damaged items
If something is lost or damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the item and send photos to info@looplaundryaz.com. If we're at fault, our liability is:

  • Dry cleaning: the lesser of 10x the cleaning charge or the item's depreciated value.
  • Wash & fold, bulky items, and STR linens: the item's depreciated value, up to $100 per item and $500 per order.

Depreciated value is based on the item's age and condition under standard industry guidelines. We may choose to repair an item instead of replacing it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Short-term rental (STR) service
These additional terms apply to STR clients:

  • Linens. You supply and own your linens and towels. To keep turnovers on schedule, you agree to keep at least 2 complete sets per bed and per bathroom. We aren't responsible for gaps caused by not having enough linens on hand.
  • Scheduling. You're responsible for keeping us updated on bookings, either through shared calendar access or direct notice. We'll make a reasonable effort to accommodate same-day changes, but we can't guarantee them.
  • Access. You'll provide access instructions, such as gate, lockbox, garage, or drop-off location. We keep all codes confidential and use them only to perform service. Please tell us promptly when codes change.
  • Stains and damage. We'll notify you, with photos, about heavily stained, damaged, or worn items. Additional stain treatment or replacement happens only with your approval. Items soiled beyond normal use, such as by makeup, bodily fluids, or pool chemicals, may incur a treatment fee or be returned as is.
  • Billing. STR service is invoiced weekly. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. We may pause service on accounts more than 14 days past due.
  • Missed pickups. If we can't access the property or the linens aren't ready at a scheduled pickup, a $25 trip fee applies.
  • No guest-related losses. Our liability is limited as described in Section 9. We aren't responsible for lost bookings, guest refunds, reviews, or other losses arising from turnover timing or linen issues.
  • Ending service. Either party may end STR service with 14 days' written notice. Once your final invoice is paid, we'll return any linens in our possession.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at looplaundryaz.com/terms. If you keep using our service after an update, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in Maricopa County, Arizona.
