Short-Term Rental Laundry Service
Phoenix & Scottsdale Pickup & Delivery
Built by STR owners, for STR operators.
We run our own short-term rental in Scottsdale, so we know laundry is the bottleneck in every turnover. LOOP takes it off your cleaners' plate so they finish faster and turn more properties. Every set comes back washed, folded, packaged and labeled by property.

How LOOP STR Service Works
Automated Scheduling
LOOP Laundry syncs with your iCal or booking calendar, so pickup and delivery are scheduled automatically for every checkout.
Pickup & Delivery Between Guests
During your agreed turnover window, LOOP delivers clean linens and collects the used ones, keeping your cleaner focused on getting the property guest-ready.
Care You Can See. Orders You Can Track
Every property's linens stay separate, tagged, and tracked. We inspect for stains and damage before packing, and send photos if anything needs your attention.

Additional Bedding

Why LOOP?
We're STR Owners, Too!
We're Sean & Brittny, owner/operators of LOOP Laundry & Vera’s Laundromat in Phoenix where our experienced team washes, folds, and prepares your property’s linens with care.
As STR owners ourselves, we understand what it takes to maintain guest satisfaction. Our own Scottsdale rental has earned 4.99 stars across 150+ Airbnb reviews. We bring that same attention to detail, responsive communication, and commitment to service to your laundry.
You get a local team you can reach, people who pay attention to your linens, and clear communication when something needs yours. We allow your cleaners to focus on the STR, while we handle the laundry.
