- Create your profile. Select your detergent preferences and any hang/fold preferences.
Pick Your LOOP Plan

Choose the subscription that fits your household.

Select your pickup day.
The day you choose (example: Wednesday) becomes your recurring weekly pickup day.
(We’ll come every Wednesday to collect your laundry!) -
Choose your delivery day.
All orders have next‑day turnaround option, except Saturday pickups.
Saturday pickups are delivered Monday evening. - Leave any pick up instructions for the driver in the order comments! Pick Up and Delivery can be completey contact-free, or you can hand your bag to the driver!
Set out your Laundry
- For your first order, fill two 13-gallon kitchen trash bags (which is the equivant of one large LOOP bag). or FAMILY LOOP PLAN fill three 13-gallon kitchen bags
- You will be notified via text when the driver is on the way and when Pick Up is complete!
- Your order will be professionally processed by our team start to finish and you will be notified when your order has been delivered!
FOR YOUR FIRST PICK UP
please use TWO 13-gallon kitchen bags with your name written on the bags.
You will receive your custom, reusable branded teal LOOP laundry bag with the delivery of your first order. You will use your LOOP bag for all future pick ups.

Once you're officially IN THE LOOP, we’ll send along a bonus: your cheerful light‑blue OVERFLOW LOOP Bag!
Have a laundry week that’s a little more than usual? No problem. When your Large Teal LOOP Bag is comfortably full, just add the extra items to your Overflow Bag and include it with your pickup.
The Overflow Bag is processed at $2.00 per pound for The Weekly LOOP and the Family Weekly Loop and $2.25 per pound for the Bi-Weekly Loop
The Overflow LOOP bag holds up to 15 lbs of laundry goodness. ✨
