By giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive service texts about your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our service:

• Service providers: our ordering and point-of-sale platform (CleanCloud), our payment processor, and email and text delivery tools.
• Delivery partners: when you choose a courier option like Uber or DoorDash at checkout, they receive your name, address, and phone number to complete the delivery.
• Our dry cleaning partner: they receive order details only, as needed to clean your items.
• Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect our rights or safety.

Access codes
We use property access information only to perform service. We limit it to staff who need it, and we never share it except as required by law. Let us know when codes change, and we'll update or delete old codes on request.

How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a customer, and afterward only as long as we need it for records, taxes, or legal purposes.
