Quick Order Instructions

1. Create Your Profile
   • • Confirm we service your address. (We can pickup/delivery to your work, too!)
     • Choose your laundry detergent and other preferences. Special Request? Don't See your brand? Let us know, we'll make it happen!
2. Choose Your Service
   • • One-Time Pickup Delivery: Fill any bag or basket! A 13-gallon kitchen bag can hold roughly 20lbs. (18lb or $45 minimum)
     • Recurring Weekly Subscription: Get In the LOOP and choose from one of 3 plans to fit your needs.
       • Starter LOOP, Family LOOP, Big LOOP
3. Schedule Pickup & Delivery
   • • Tell us what we're picking up. How many bags, or what individual items are you sending?
       • Final Pricing Determined at Laundromat for One-Time Orders (Subscriptions charged at flat rate weekly). 
     • Select Your Pickup/Delivery Days & Times
       • Recurring plans will repeat weekly according to your first order
       • Single One-Time Orders: 48 Hour Turnaround
       • Recurring Plans: Guaranteed Next Day Turnaround

4. Pick-up & Drop-Off
   • • Tell us where to find your laundry!
       • Front door, Porch, Side Yard, or hand it directly to the driver. Just let us know!
       • Stay in the LOOP. We will text you each step of the way.
