Quick Order Instructions

1. Create an Account
• Enter your address to confirm we service your area
• Set your laundry preferences (detergent, softener, fragrance-free, fold vs. hang, etc.) 
2. Place your one-time order OR choose a recurring service (3 different subscription options depending on your needs) 
   • For one-time orders, there is a 20lb or $50 minimum. 20lb is ~1 Standard Laundry Bag
   • For referene, a 13-gallon kitchen trash bag can hold 12-15lb of laundry 
• Tell us how many bags you’re sending or select individual items
• Bags are weighed in-store & you’ll receive a text confirmation once the order is checked in

3. Schedule Pickup & Delivery
• We have daily pickup/delivery routes 
• Standard delivery guaranteed in 48 hours (24 hour delivery if you join a LOOP plan!)

4. Pickup & Drop-Off
• Driver will text when they're on the way
• If no one will be home, we’ll coordinate a safe pickup/delivery spot (porch, bench, garage, etc.) Pick Up & Drop off can be complete contact-free!
