For Your Very First Subscription Order:
- Fill 13-gallon kitchen bag(s) with your laundry and write your name on the bag
Starter LOOP = 1 trash bag equilivant.
Family LOOP = 2 trash bag equivilant
Big LOOP = 3 trash bag equivilant
- When we return your first order, we will provide a free branded LOOP bag(s) for you to fill for all future orders.
*please ensure drawstring is closed/avoid overstuffing*
Feel free to include extra laundry in additional trash bags if needed! Extra bags will be billed per pound according to your plans overflow pricing.
One-Time Orders
Place your laundry in any trash bag, reusable bag or basket and leave it at your door at the start of your Pickup Window.
Your reusable items will be returned with your laundry delivery. It is helpful if you write your last name on your reusable bags/baskets, but not required.
Trash bags will be disposed of.
What Not To Put In Your Bag🚫:
- Items that require dry cleaning or extra special care
- Items labeled 'not machine washable' or 'hand wash'
- Empty pockets for any valuables!
- Towels & Linens are perfectly OK to put in your bag! *Large items such as comforters/Large Blankets are charged per item*
- We are happy to air dry and/or acoomodate other requests. Please specify in the order comments or send us a text on the LOOP Line (602) 895 - 4079
- **air dry requests for a large amount of items may delay your delivery by one day**
Please recycle any wire hangers by returning them to us at your next PICK UP order.
