Once You're in THE LOOP: Get Your FREE LOOP Laundry Bag
A large, durable LOOP Bag (pictured below) - designed to hold about 3 full loads - will be delivered to you with your first completed order.
For your very first pickup, simply fill two 13‑gallon kitchen trash bags. After that, use your LOOP Bag for all future orders.

Scheduling is easy through our online portal or mobile app, available on the iOS app store and Google Play Store.
Pick-up and delivery are fast, simple, and always free.
On your scheduled pickup day, place your LOOP bag on your doorstep for contact-free service, or hand it directly to one of our friendly driving attendants. 🚚

Simply schedule a pick up date & time, place your laundry in any bag or basket at your doorstep or hand deliver it to our Attendant when they arrive and we do the rest! Delivered back perfectly laundered and folded/hung within 48 hours. (**same day rush available for A.M. orders- $25 fee. Next Day Rush: $10 fee**)

What not to put in your bag🚫:
- Items that require dry cleaning or extra special care
- Items labeled 'not machine washable'
- Empty pockets for any valuables!
- Towels & linens are perfectly OK! *Large items such as comforters/Large Blankets are charged per item

- **air dry requests for a large amount of items may delay your delivery by one day**
Every customer order is washed completely separate from all other orders (never mixed) and includes your choice of premium additives (detergent, softener, or bleach). All garments are checked for stains, treated as necessary, and then washed precisely to your preference or garment specifications. Each item is neatly finished per your choice of folded or hung and securely returned to you within 24-48 hours. Our attention to detail is paramount, and we guarantee satisfaction on every order.

Hi! We're Sean and Brittny, Owners of LOOP. We are Arizona Natives who are proud to serve our neighbors by giving them back their most valuable asset: TIME. As parents to 2 young children, we get it. Laundry ends up getting washed but sits wrinkled in a big pile on the bedroom chair, leaving us digging for that soccer uniform on Saturday morning.

All orders are picked up, laundered and delivered by our small, professional and efficient team and handled with privacy and care. Orders are processed at our OWNED Commercial Laundromat.
